Job Description

Assess developmental milestones in children across motor, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication domains Identify developmental delays and functional challenges Plan and implement individualized development therapy programs Use play-based and activity-based therapeutic approaches Work with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and learning difficulties Promote age-appropriate skills such as attention, behavior regulation, self-help, and social interaction Conduct one-to-one and group therapy sessions Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, and pediatricians Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on home-based activities and strategies Monitor, document, and report child progress regularly Modify therapy goals based on ongoing assessment and outcomes Maintain therapy records in accordance with organizational policies Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment Adhere to ethical, professional, and child-protection standards
