We are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to lead and mentor a small development team while actively contributing to application design, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in
SQL, relational databases, React, Python, and Django.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
Participate in system architecture, design decisions, and technical planning
Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Python, and Django
Design, optimize, and manage SQL queries and relational databases
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure coding standards are followed
Coordinate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones
Support team members in resolving technical challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Python and Django framework
Hands-on experience in React
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database design
Leadership & Soft Skills
Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to balance hands-on coding with team leadership responsibilities.
