Job Description

The Development Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of our back-end development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that align with company goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, leadership, and collaboration

You'll mentor developers, manage development task priorities in alignment with Project Management priorities, and work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure our systems continue to deliver exceptional performance and user experiences.
