As the Development Quality Part & Process Approval Development Engineer - E&E you will report to Development Quality Part & Process Approval Development Manager E&E.The Purpose of your job is to Execute part & process development and approval activities for Electrical & Electronic parts, including design feasibility, process development., quality assurance visits, facilitating vehicle production trials, testing and validation, multi-sourcing activities and resolving production issues.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1) Analysing part drawings and specifications to include all parameters required for new part development.

2)Development & Verification of parts and process at Vendors

3) Problem analysis, actions and corrective measures implementation.

4) PPAP verification and approval.

5)Verification of new parts as per the drawings and standards.

6)Self-Development with competency enhancement for smooth functioning

A Day in the life

On a day-to-day basis you will be-

Coordinating with CIT, SQA, CPSM, Project/Prod Engg, Manufacturing and Market Quality Team for Process handover, Assembly trials, Procurement for trial events , DCR/ECNs, New vendor evaluation, QAV L1, Capacity planning at SCPs ,TFC closure and much more.
