Source, recruit, and onboard high-quality Insurance Advisors (IAs) to expand the company's agent network.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive the sale of SBI Life's product portfolio--including Protection, Pension, Savings, and Health solutions--to meet monthly and annual business targets.
Training & Mentoring:
Provide systematic coaching on product technicalities, ethical selling practices, and customer service standards to enhance advisor productivity.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong ties with distributors, corporate partners, and the banking channel (if applicable) to ensure wide product reach.
Compliance & Ethics:
Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDAI regulations and SBI Life's internal policies, preventing unethical practices or financial loss to the company.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly track advisor activity metrics (e.g., call rates, closure ratios) and provide feedback to bridge performance gaps.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is typically required; an MBA is preferred for some senior roles.
Experience:
Usually requires
1-5 years
of experience in sales, business development, or team management within the insurance or financial services sector.
Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing a diverse team.
Deep knowledge of life insurance products and market trends.

Current estimates for this role range from
?2.5 Lakhs to ?4 Lakhs
