Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute tele-fundraising campaigns for the organization Lead donor acquisition and donor retention through telecalling Train, guide and monitor tele-calling executives Ensure achievement of monthly fundraising targets Maintain donor database and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare call reports, performance analysis and donor communication Ensure ethical fundraising practices and data confidentiality

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Management/Marketing preferred) 2+ years experience in tele-fundraising, tele-sales or call center management Strong communication, persuasion and leadership skills Target-oriented with good analytical abilities Passion for social development and nonprofit sector

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
