Urgent hiring for Development Manager

Position:

Development Manager

Experience Required:

5-6 years

Ctc- upto 7.2 lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days

Location- Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

New Product Development (NPD)

activities from concept to production. Drive

APQP, PPAP, and FMEA

processes to ensure product quality and reliability. Conduct

trial runs, validation, and error rectification

as per customer requirements. Coordinate with

manufacturing and process engineering

teams to streamline production feasibility. Provide technical support in

toolroom and die design

for development activities. Ensure timely delivery of prototypes and production parts while meeting cost and quality targets. Liaise with customers for technical discussions, feasibility analysis, and approvals.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

AutoCAD

Toolroom & Die Design knowledge

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience in

process engineering and trials

. Strong project management and problem-solving ability. Familiarity with customer audits, documentation, and compliance in development cycles.
