Apply now!WHAT YOU\'LL DOWe are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join us. This position will play a pivotal role in driving engineering transformation initiatives within the SAP Business Networks (SBN) or Ariba Networks unit for SBN Marketplace Portfolio. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Contribute to strategic cross-industry work groups with the goal of breaking down silos, enabling knowledge sharing, and collaborating as one SBN Marketplace team.
• Support the transformation of the SBN Marketplace cluster unit towards a unified, highly collaborative, and high-performing engineering unit.
• Support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all teams.
• Ensure execution of strategic plans and initiatives such as the AI@SBN program or GitHub CoPilot roll-out.
• Engagement with strategic internal stakeholders specifically in the Product Organization across clusters
• Build bridges across various related topics to ensure successful delivery of end to end business processes and Integration topics

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING

• 15+ years of proven experience in product engineering, methodologies, tools and processes
• Independent, responsible, hands-on mentality and the proven ability of working cross-functional
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Go-to leader, able to build trust in a very short time period.
• Ability to manage and communicate change
• Ability to communicate organizational unit vision and strategy effectively to the organization
• Proven experience of SBN processes, tools and methods is a plus
• Application know-how of one or more Industry topics and latest technologies e.g. LLM
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex organizations and to bridge interests of multiple stakeholders.
