Development Manager

We are looking for a senior development lead to join one of our teams. In this role, you are expected to work with a team of highly skilled software engineers and pave way for building new web frontend, web apis and integration. Role needs to involved in modifying and maintaining existing solutions that are based on Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the High-Level design for any key features being developed
• Re Engineer or Re design existing Legacy to new tech stack
• Design, implement, and maintain .NET applications working within a team.
• Understand and promote Scrum/Agile.
• Work quickly to implement features with a focus on quality code.
• Provide technical guidance for more junior developers.

Technical Competencies

• 12 or more years of application development experience with proficiency in:

• Debugging and Analyzing code and come up with recommendations
• Usage of tools to ensure code quality(Working knowledge of Unit testing tools), coverage and developer efficiency
• Explore new technologies, conduct POC, provide recommendation and implement for future technology roadmap
• Experience working across UI(Knowledge React is a plus), service layers, and backend technologies to create server-driven native and web-based solutions. In-depth knowledge of web-service/Micro Services/data-driven application architecture.
• Strong in Database skills. Experience understanding and creating Data models, querying data using stored procedures, views, SSIS and entity framework.
• AWS knowledge is a plus

Qualification:

Bachelors or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Good Academic Records with

60% marks and no gaps.
