Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Development Lead (AI-focused) with strong expertise in .NET, C#, Angular, and AI development stacks (Python, ML frameworks, etc.). The ideal candidate will drive the design and delivery of scalable internal platforms, lead a high-performing team, and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to streamline data management processes.Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of backend,full-stack, and frontend developers, ensuring delivery excellence. Architect and implement scalable internal platforms using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL. Drive adoption of AI/ML-based automation in internal data management tools. Oversee microservices-based architecture implementation for scalability and flexibility. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices. Manage delivery timelines, quality assurance, and client communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8-12 years of hands-on development experience in .NET, C#, Angular. Expertise in AI/ML stacks(Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Strong experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native development. Proven track record of leading product-oriented teams in Agile environments. Strong problem-solving, design thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
