As Development Lead Responsible to meet the project deliverables as per the sprint plan and quality of the ouput Manages all aspects of the project in all phases of SDLC to reach project success based on the project goal Responsible to manage the scope: Ensures that the scope of the sprint with respect to overall project scope is defined, agreed, completed and communicated Handles detailed requirement elicitation and signoff Ensure process for controlling changes to project scope according to the project\'s principles and communicate this to the project stakeholders Responsible to identify define and mitigate risks in the project and flag the risks when necessary, makes certain that there are effective risk identification processes in place and that the key risks are mitigated and opportunities taken Support with respect to cost and Budget tracking Primary responsible for complying with PMP Standards and Project Management process Responsible for Stake holder management, team management and change management if any, Project communication and Status reporting Understands the customer\'s business requirements and creates the respective project plan to achieve success Ensures compliance with guidelines and regulations of the organization for conducting the project Qualifications B.E/B.Tech Additional Information Your educational background: you have a university degree in computer science or comparable field of study, or equivalent working experienceYour experience and know-how: At least 5 years of experience in Java and Android application development. Knowledge on Core Java, Android, NodeJS Or Any Server Side Experience Like J2EE, REST. Good to have: Exposure to Logistics, Google Maps, Raspberry-Pi, Connected Cars. At least one application developed using BLE/Wifi/Bluetooth/NFC connectivity option. File handling, Multi-threading concepts. Services in Android, Excellent Android UI elements knowledge. Knowledge of MVC architecture. Development experience using Agile Methodology TDD. 3rd party library integration (could be any that aids in development, we are looking for individuals that have prior experience of using and integrating such libraries). Experience in writing code in Kotlin Familiarity with latest concepts i.e., Dependency Injection, Jetpack Compose Good knowledge on AIDL\'s, background services Strong Knowledge in offline storage using Content Providers, SQL DB & Room Database
