Key Responsibilities:

Conduct feasibility studies for new parts across furniture and automotive segments. Develop and prototype new tube and pipe components using 3-axis CNC, 5-axis CNC, and NC bending machines. Review inspection reports and quality documentation. Generate accurate quotations based on drawings and technical requirements. Design and develop tools and fixtures for bending and forming operations. Select appropriate tooling and bending strategies for different materials and part complexities. Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth development and handover. Provide engineering support for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3-6 years of experience in tube/pipe bending (CNC & NC), preferably in furniture or automotive components. Strong knowledge of tube forming principles, materials, and tooling design. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models. Hands-on experience with development, inspection, and costing. Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing and MS Office tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary : - 25K-35K per month
