Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of module level deliverables from our product roadmap Lead engineers in full-stack development, providing guidance on architecture, coding standards, and best practices Design and implement scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI). Oversee frontend development with React or Angular, ensuring high-quality user experiences. Drive AI/ML and GenAI integration into products using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or CrewAI. Define and enforce code quality, testing, and deployment standards. Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning. Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions for scalability, reliability, and security. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend adoption is beneficial. Usage of AI powered IDEs like CoPilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc will be a plus

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows. Awareness of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong team leadership, mentorship, and people management skills. Ability to drive technical decisions, enforce best practices, and ensure delivery. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and AI/ML-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA from a reputed institute. 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in product-based or SaaS environments. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to high-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture. Experience in AI/ML pipelines, model deployment, or GenAI product development. Familiarity with API security standards (OAuth2, JWT). Open-source contributions or personal projects in AI/ML or full-stack development are a plus.
