Plus, experiences you\'ll only find at Sky. Core Responsibilities 1. Build solutions in Salesforce.com leveraging Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, APEX, Web Services, and APIs 2. Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning Web Components, Lightning events and Lightning Design System 3. Partner with product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value 4. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase rep productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace 5. Contribute to improvement of DevOps processes and tools including scrum, user support, platform security, quality/ version control, and CI/CD 6. Working in agile development methodologies with Service Cloud implementation 7. Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization 8. Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce eco system 9. Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues 10. Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles 11. Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring. Employees at all levels are expected to: 1. Several years of experience in Salesforce.com platform (Vlocity CPQ and Loyalty Cloud Knowledge is an added advantage) 2. Experience in Lightning web components, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Development experience 3. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, Platform events and Streaming APIs 4. Experience in Live Agent, Lightning Console, Social Studio, Digital Engagement, Omni- Channel, Einstein Bots, Knowledge Base, Experience Cloud 5. Experience in building complex, scalable and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers 6. Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas, event-driven vs. message-driven architecture, and API integration best practices 7. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com application architecture coupled with good knowledge of business processes (Sales, Service, Operations, etc.) 8. Experience with Git Version Control Systems and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery CI/CD workflows (GitHub, Jenkins) within Salesforce 9. Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration patterns as well as object-oriented design patterns and development 10. Willing and able to learn new technologies at a rapid pace 11. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum teams across international locations 12. Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
