Job Summary Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Documents all development activity. Assists with training non-technical personnel. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.



Core Responsibilities:

• Ensures programs are designed and implemented across the enterprise to meet business needs. Interfaces with the enterprise teams and other functional areas to ensure that most efficient solution is developed to meet business requirements.
• Ensures solutions are well engineered, operable, scalable, maintainable and delivered on schedule. Should be able to present them to peers & management.
• Ensure critical, system based processes meet expected deadlines and service levels agreements.
• Help drive the long term strategy for Financial Systems and related processes.
• Monitors current and future trends, technology and information that will positively affect organizational projects.
• Assists in the planning and design of new or upgraded systems.
• Work with the release and change management lead, ensure changes being deployed to production systems follow appropriate change procedures and are amply tested.
• Ensure compliance with SOX (Audit) requirements, Privacy & Security initiatives.
• Regularly review and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service levels, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify, implement, and regularly report system key performance indicators and support metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate calls related to significant system outages and be available during off business hours including weekends.
• Be an active part of Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings employee & customer feedback into the company.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Oracle EPM Suite of applications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with WebLogic, Windows/Linux Operating Systems.
• Experience with any one programming language.
• Experience in Application Integration using API's, Web based architecture
• Experience with either Anaplan/OneStream/EPM Cloud applications is a huge plus.
• Experience with SAML/SiteMinder/Kerberos/Azure AD & other SSO architecture is preferred.
• Experience in Project Management, Agile methodologies & Rally is preferred.
• Ability to effectively plan, manage, deliver multiple tasks and adjust priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
