Job Title: Development Assistant Manager



Job Summary

:

The Development Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate various teams and stakeholders involved in the project. The Development Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

:

: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Identify resource requirements and allocate tasks to appropriate team members.

: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Regularly track expenses and implement cost-control measures.

: Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize their impact on project progress.

: Collaborate with various teams, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, and quality control, to ensure seamless project execution. Provide clear instructions and direction to team members to achieve project goals effectively.

: Managing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the facility is in good working condition. This includes overseeing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure components.

: Serve as the primary point of contact for the stakeholders. Regularly update them on project progress, milestones, and any changes that may impact the project scope or timeline.

: Review and negotiate project contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

: Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to meet established standards and client expectations.

: Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations on-site to create a safe working environment for all project participants.

: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and challenges.

: Facilitate the project handover process upon completion, including final documentation, client acceptance, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

:

1. Bachelor's degree, and an engineering degree is advantage.
2. 5+ years of experience in administration, project execution, vendor negotiation and legal.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
9. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
