What you'll build
As a Development Architect for Time-Series-Based Supply Planning (TS Supply Planning or TSP), you will build high-quality, secure, performant, and reliable cloud services to solve complex supply chain planning challenges. You'll focus on end-to-end problem discovery and solution delivery (concept, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, maintenance, and support) in a scrum team. The product, built on SAP ABAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA Cloud with UI5 2.0, OData services, and LLM-driven natural language interfaces, serves over 1,600 large enterprises ensuring uninterrupted critical processes. You will:
Collaborate with architects, UX designers, and product managers to ensure success
Author and present architecture guidelines, data models, and design specs; lead reviews.
Define deliverables and provide decisive guidance ensuring business-critical results
Own performance, usability, quality, supportability, and release readiness
Manage escalations and communicate clearly with constructive feedback
Build strategic relationships and trust with key decision makers
Passionately drive outcomes with deep product and technical expertise
Resolve complex issues and support team problem-solving
What you bring
Are you self-motivated, analytical, and enjoy solving tough problems? Skilled in time management and thriving in fast-paced, cross-time-zone environments? If so, do you also bring:
Strong English communication skills
Extensive CI/CD experience
Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning, SAP IBP (including Planning Model, OPTaaS, QTM, TSP, HSP), ABAP NetWeaver, SAP IdP/IAS, SAP HANA Cloud
Strong object-oriented and functional programming skills and ontological-model-based code generation with 2-3 abstraction levels
Experience with critical customers and complex requirements
Bachelor's +12 years, Master's +10 years, or higher; and 10+ years in enterprise-grade app development
