We are currently preparing a grant proposal to secure funding for a project focused on building homes for these beneficiaries, primarily located in the Washim district of Vidarbha and the Nanded district of Marathwada.
Our organisation has been shortlisted in the preliminary stage of the SELAVIP grant proposal process, and we are now preparing for the final round of selection. The support of Online Volunteers will be instrumental in strengthening our proposal and ensuring it aligns with SELAVIP's mission, which focuses on supporting housing initiatives for destitute urban families in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. SELAVIP works to improve access to land titles and basic housing, enabling families to build stable lives. Their efforts also include funding the construction of basic, incremental, or emergency housing, renovating substandard dwellings, and expanding access to essential services such as water and sanitation, which are critical for safe and dignified living conditions.
Through this online assignment and the support of qualified Online Volunteers, we are planning to prepare a comprehensive proposal that includes the building plan and project cost estimation to improve the well-being of homeless beneficiaries in Washim district of Vidarbha and the Nanded district of Marathwada.
