Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

WordPress & Shopify Developer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites on both the WordPress and Shopify platforms. You should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, UI/UX principles, and experience with custom theme and plugin development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom websites on

WordPress

and

Shopify

platforms. Create responsive, user-friendly designs and templates. Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and speed. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities. Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile compatibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

WordPress

and

Shopify

development. Strong knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP

, and

Liquid

(Shopify's templating language). Experience with

Shopify theme development

and

customization

. Familiarity with

WooCommerce

and other WordPress plugins. Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization. Version control experience (e.g., Git) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Experience with page builders like

Elementor, WPBakery

, etc. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.
