Position Overview


Annalect is currently seeking a developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of intuitive front-end applications and distributed backend microservices. We are passionate about modular reusable software architecture. We are looking for people who have a shared passion for developing and building cool reusable user interfaces and services. In this role you will contribute to the technical architecture of the product as well as research and evaluation of new technical solutions while coordinating between interdisciplinary teams to help shape the perfect solution for us and our agencies.


Responsibilities:


Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.

Extend and customize SharePoint Online by building solutions, forms, and workflows integrated with the Power Platform.

Architect and manage data models in SharePoint Lists and Dataverse, ensuring scalability, security, and governance.

Build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and third-party systems.

Write formulas in Power FX, use JavaScript, and apply Power Automate expressions for dynamic, user-friendly solutions.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing apps and workflows for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users.
Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of proven experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online development and integration with Power Platform.

Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and external data integration.

Proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, JSON, and Power Automate expressions.

Understanding of data governance, security roles, and scalable architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and user experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
