The Role: Power Platform Developer Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform - including Power Apps, Power Automate. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creation of innovative and efficient business applications that empower our organization to streamline processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance overall productivity. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design and develop custom Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications that align with business processes and goals. Utilize Power Automate to design and implement workflow automation, integration, and data flow solutions. Design and implement data models, connectors, and integrations to external systems. Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft and third-party services to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Qualifications and Skills: Our commitment to you Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Power Platform solutions through rigorous testing and validation. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Power Apps solutions to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies. Ability to write Test suites for Power Apps for automated testing. User Experience and Interface Design: Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that optimize user engagement and productivity. Ensure responsive design principles are applied to deliver consistent experiences across various devices. Proven experience (2+ years) in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps or Power Automate. Proficiency in designing data models, workflows, automations, and custom connectors within the Power Platform. Strong understanding of best practices for application development, security, and data privacy. Proficient in languages like Power Apps formulas & Power Fx. Familiarity with Power Apps formulas, expressions, and controls or power automate. Relevant Microsoft certifications (Pl100/200/400) Power Apps Developer, Power Platform Developer are highly desirable. Technology and tools matter. But our people remain our most important asset.
