. Manage and administer MySQL instances, including configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. 2. Design, implement, and maintain database backup, replication, and recovery strategies for MySQL databases. 3. Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize queries and schema design for improved efficiency. 4. Implement and maintain database security measures, including access controls, user management, and data encryption. 5. Collaborate with development teams to assist in database design, schema changes, and query optimization. 6. Perform database capacity planning and scaling to accommodate growth and ensure high availability. 8. Manage and support MongoDB database instances, including installation, configuration, and monitoring. 9. Design and implement MongoDB data models, indexes, and sharding strategies for optimal performance. 10. Implement replication and high availability solutions, ensuring data redundancy and disaster recovery. 11. Maintain comprehensive documentation of database systems, configurations, and procedures. 12. Work with SRE team in supporting database deployments and handle database alerts 13. Perform database tuning and optimization to improve query performance and overall system efficiency. 14. Perform regular Audits on the database to maintain the standard security. 15. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in database administration, AWS, and MongoDB, and make recommendations for improvements to the existing database infrastructure. 16. Knowledge on other databases(Redshift and Postgresql) and experience on AWS services (RDS, Aurora EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) are added advantage PFB the JD for DBA with MySQL as primary skill and MongoDB with secondary skill set
