We are looking for aLeadServiceNow Developer. We have an exciting opportunity on the ESM team to hire aLeadServiceNow Developerwho is passionate about our Principle Based Management\xe2\x84\xa2 culture, mentoring, driving continuous improvement, and supporting our team to achieve goals. AsLeadServiceNow Developeryou will coordinate with Developers, Product Owners, Supervisors and Architects in the ESM team, being a facilitator to the developers in the team, to ensure progress is being made and quality work is delivered, with a heightened focus on developing complex features involving urgent deadlines.

(job responsibilities)

  • Designing, developing, and shipping new application modules, custom applications, workflows, and catalog requests in the ServiceNow.
  • Identifying system deficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Actively participating in code reviews and design discussions, bringing in new process for Quality deliverables.
  • Reviewing and govern the work as and when required during sprint.
  • Developing modern API based integrations with other applications outside of ServiceNow.
  • Helping the team in resolving ServiceNow-related incidents and services requests within SLAs.
  • Researching new solutions in the ServiceNow space to create value.
  • Sharing knowledge for continual development purposes.
  • Reusing and scaling components to accommodate future growth and eliminate waste.
  • Continually innovating to increase business productivity and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Exploring and bringing ideas across the platform on ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD.
  • Consulting with stakeholders to understand their pain points.
  • Technical point of contact for any blockers faced by developers, administrators.
  • Providing on-going coaching and mentoring to team to grow in potential to advance their skills.
What You Will Need To Bring With You: (MUST HAVE)

(experience & education required)
  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development Experience in ITSM, HRSD, SPM
  • 2+ years of experience in Leading the team and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the Now Platform
  • Knowledge of Orchestration using PowerShell and SQL Stored Procedures and working on custom application
  • Experience in Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong decision making, critical thinking, organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce.
  • Experience in working collaboratively in global projects.
What Will Put You Ahead:(OPTIONAL, NICE TO HAVE)

  • ServiceNow Implementation (ITSM, SPM, CSM, ITOM) Certified
  • ServiceNow AI Search Implementation.
  • Stakeholder management experience
