Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The role involves working on cloud migration projects, designing multi-account architecture, and implementing security and compliance controls. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and CloudFormation is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:



Infrastructure & Architecture


Design and implement multi-account architecture using AWS Control Tower or AWS Organizations.

Provision foundational services such as IAM, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and GuardDuty.

Define and enforce tagging strategies, resource hierarchy, and naming conventions.

Architect scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure using AWS best practices.


Cloud Migration


Lead or support migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS.

Assess existing environments and define migration strategies and execution plans.

Perform post-migration validation and optimization.


Security & Compliance


Implement Service Control Policies (SCPs), IAM policies, and encryption standards.

Map compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CIS, NIST-CSF) to AWS services.

Configure centralized logging, audit trails, and security monitoring across accounts.


Shared Services & Governance


Set up centralized logging, monitoring, and security tooling across AWS accounts.

Manage Service Catalog entries and account vending processes.

Collaborate with governance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.


Operations & Support


Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.

Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.

Required Skills:


3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

Proven experience in cloud migration and multi-account AWS architecture.

Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and compliance principles.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus).

Optional Skills (DevOps & Automation):


Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.

CI/CD pipeline setup and management using Jenkins.

Version control systems like Bitbucket, GitHub, or GitLab.

Containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).


Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
