About the Role:





We are looking for a

highly energetic and collaborative Integration Developer

to join our team for a leading healthcare customer in the US. This role demands hands-on development experience with mid to large-scale application integrations, especially using Java technologies, Camel, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a good understanding of integration patterns, and an agile mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:




Collaborate with the Integration Lead to contribute to the

solution design, development, and deployment

of integration applications. Design and develop

API-based services and integration workflows

using Java, Apache Camel, and Spring Boot. Engage with

onshore stakeholders and customers

to gather clarifications, refine requirements, and validate designs. Ensure consistent delivery by following agile practices, meeting

Definition of Done (DoD)

for deliverables. Report progress to the Integration Lead on a

daily/weekly

basis and ensure alignment with project goals. Participate in

internal and external communications

, promoting transparency and information flow across teams. Contribute to continuous improvements in delivery efficiency and integration quality.

Must-Have Skills:




3+ years of development experience

in Core Java and building IT applications. Hands-on experience in

designing and developing integrations

using:

+

Apache Camel


+

Spring Boot


Strong understanding of

RESTful and SOAP API protocols

and how to integrate systems using these interfaces. Prior experience with

agile software development methodologies

(Scrum/Kanban). Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills:




Prior experience in the

healthcare domain

, specifically with

member and provider service functions

. Familiarity with

cloud-native integration platforms

(e.g., AWS, Azure Integration Services). Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

, source control (Git), and test-driven development. Knowledge of

security protocols

used in API integrations (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
