Job Title: PEGA Developer

We are looking for an experienced PEGA Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on expertise in developing scalable and efficient PEGA BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of PEGA versions 7.x and 8.x, and be well-versed in strategic frameworks, UI design, integrations, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PEGA BPM applications using PRPC.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Design and build scalable case management solutions.
Utilize PEGA integration capabilities to connect with various external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance.
Follow PEGA best practices for rule design, reuse, and system architecture.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for efficient CI/CD pipeline integration.
Preferred Skills and Expertise:
Certifications: PEGA CSA and/or CSSA
PEGA Versions: Hands-on experience with PEGA 7.x and 8.x
Frameworks: Experience with PEGA strategic frameworks like Customer Service (CS)/CPM and Smart Dispute (SD)
Core Concepts: Strong understanding of LayerCake architecture, Rule Resolution, Inheritance, and Dynamic Class Referencing
UI & UX: Expertise in PEGA User Interface, Section Rules, and HTML5
Data Management: Deep knowledge of Data Pages, Reports (including multi-level reporting), and BIX Framework
Case Management: Experience designing and managing case workflows using PEGA
Integration: Proficient with Connect Rules, REST/SOAP APIs, and extending PEGA workflows as APIs
Rule Types: Knowledge of Flow Actions, SLAs, Correspondence, Data Transforms, PRPC Security, SSO, and Listeners
Advanced Topics: Understanding of Multi-tenancy, Custom Rule Types, Log Analysis using PAL and Log Analyzer
Tools: Familiarity with Pega Admin Studio, Jenkins CI/CD, and Pega-specific CI/CD pipelines
Soft Skills: Self-sufficient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multi-tenant architecture environment
