1. Tableau Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau. Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced Tableau visualizations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, optimized for performance, and aligned with organizational standards. Implement advanced calculations using Tableau's calculated fields and table calculations.

2. Data Management

Connect Tableau to various data sources including databases, data warehouses, and APIs. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and data blending as required. Optimize data queries to enhance dashboard performance.

3. Tableau Administration (Minimal)

Assist with Tableau Server/Cloud administration tasks such as user access management, publishing dashboards, and setting permissions. Monitor server performance and troubleshoot basic issues. Coordinate with IT teams for upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.

4. Collaboration and Documentation

Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions. Create documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes for better knowledge sharing. Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau dashboards and features.

5. Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of dashboards. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and visualization issues in a timely manner.
