Role description

Role Proficiency:



Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering



Outcomes:



Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.

Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.

Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.

Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models

Mentor Developer 1 - Software Engineering and Developer 2 - Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles

Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system

Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation

Assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions


Measures of Outcomes:

Role: Power Apps Developer Experience: 5+ years Location: BLR, Mandatory skills: Power Apps , Power Automate ,Dataverse ________________________________________ Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer with strong expertise in building and deploying Power Apps solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Dataverse, and Model-driven apps, and will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient applications to meet business needs. ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills: o Proven experience in Power Apps development, including building Model-driven apps. o Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. o Practical experience in implementing AI Builder projects (minimum 1-2 projects, not just proofs of concept). o Strong knowledge of Dataverse and data modeling. ________________________________________ Additional Skills (Preferred): o Familiarity with CoPilot integration is a plus but not mandatory. o Knowledge of Python is a value-add. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: o Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions, focusing on Model-driven applications. o Automate business processes using Power Automate. o Integrate AI Builder components to enhance application functionality. o Work with Dataverse to manage and model data efficiently. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. o Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and usability. ________________________________________ Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. o 5+ years of experience working with Power Platform technologies.
