Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with basic knowledge in ServiceNow and Generative AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing interfaces on the ServiceNow platform while leveraging AI capabilities to deliver innovative and intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Develop and enhance responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI technologies.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional web applications.
xc2xb7 Implement and integrate Generative AI models to improve user experience and automate processes.
xc2xb7 Customize and configure ServiceNow modules using UI Builder, Service Portal, and Now Experience components.
xc2xb7 Ensure seamless integration of AI-powered features into ServiceNow workflows.
xc2xb7 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and AI engineers.
xc2xb7 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues.
xc2xb7 Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and AI trends to recommend and apply best practices.
Qualifications
xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
xc2xb7 Proven 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS or React.
xc2xb7 Minimum of 1 years of experience in ServiceNow development with hands-on experience in UI Builder, Service Portal, or Now Experience Framework.
xc2xb7 Exposure to Generative AI models like GPT, BERT, or other AI-based applications.
xc2xb7 Good understanding of RESTful APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
xc2xb7 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are mandatory.
xc2xb7 Basic knowledge with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
xc2xb7 Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
xc2xb7 Certification in ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent.
xc2xb7 Basic knowledge with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
xc2xb7 Understanding of AI model fine-tuning and implementation.
xc2xb7 Previous experience in delivering enterprise-level AI-powered applications.
