Need
8+ years Experienced Gen AI engineer who can work independently and drive
internal use cases . The candidate must have the experience of working on Gen
AI products which have moved to production environment.
Self-motivated
, good in communication and a strong system integration knowledge is required.
Should
know AWS ecosystem very well and capable to work with all versions of LLM's.
the
candidate should have strong software Engineering background with experience in
working on large systems.
Knowledge
of SAP or connections with SAP would be a bonus.

& Responsibilities
Moving
existing POC's to production
Working
with various departments including Security , Governance , Architecture ,
Business stakeholders to move the product from Pilot to Production
Rapid
Prototyping: Build and test functional Gen AI prototypes using LLMs, RAG,
and prompt engineering to validate business use cases in days, not months.
Model
Selection & Tuning: Evaluate and select optimal foundation models
(OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) and fine-tune them for specific tasks like
business query replies or personalized content.
Data
Integration: Design and implement data pipelines to ingest
company-specific documentation and databases into vector stores for grounded,
actionable AI insights.
Feasibility
Assessment: Analyze POC performance metrics and costs to provide technical
recommendations on the scalability and business value of moving solutions to
production.
Project
Details
The
role is for exploring POC's and creating quick prototypes. Also , taking the
existing approved prototypes to production , taking care of production level
scalability , security & reliability.
