Job Title:

Salesforce Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience Range:

5+ years

total IT experience, with

minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience

in Salesforce.com solutioning and development.

Hiring Location:

Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai /Trivandrum/Noida/Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design, Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both

design/solutioning

and

hands-on coding

, and will coordinate closely with onsite and offshore teams.

Must Have Skills:

Salesforce.com Development:

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, Aura Framework

Omnistudio:

Minimum 2-3 actual project implementations

Integrations:

REST/SOAP APIs, Force.com Web Services, Bulk API, Metadata API

Salesforce Experience Cloud

(Community Cloud) - Strong working experience

Data Modeling:

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Modeling and integration with external systems

Discovery Framework:

Strong practical exposure

Deployment:

Production deployment using Change Sets, Eclipse, ANT migration tool

Certifications:

Mandatory:

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)

Client Interaction:

Must have experience working directly with U.S. clients, coordinating onsite-offshore daily

Problem-Solving:

Ability to evaluate configuration vs. coding and make optimal solutioning decisions

Testing:

Strong in unit testing and test class development (positive and negative scenarios)

Good to Have Skills:

Salesforce Health Cloud

or

Healthcare domain experience

(especially payer/insurance industry)

Salesforce Omnistudio Developer

or

Advanced Admin (ADM301)

or

Architect stream certifications

Experience in Vlocity

ETL Tools:

Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft

Programming Knowledge:

Java / .NET, SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE

Web Technologies:

HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, or other JavaScript frameworks

Experience in database development and schema design

Responsibilities:

Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and solutioning for Salesforce projects Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce pages, and integrations Work closely with enterprise architecture teams to align Salesforce data modeling and integration strategy Lead and mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
