Job Title: SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) Consultant

Location:

Any UST India Location

Experience:

4+ Years

Must Have Skills & Experience

Minimum

4 years of hands-on experience

with

SAP Solution Manager

, with strong focus on

ChaRM

. Proven experience in

SAP ChaRM configuration and support

. Strong understanding of

SAP landscape and system architecture

. Experience in managing the

end-to-end change management lifecycle

, from creation to deployment. Hands-on experience with

Transport Management

across SAP landscapes. Experience in configuring

ChaRM workflows, status switches, and change cycles

. Strong experience with

SAP Solution Manager installation

and

mandatory configurations

. Hands-on experience in

Managed System Configuration

and

Technical Monitoring configurations

. Experience in

EWA (Early Watch ) configurations

. Ability to support audits and ensure compliance with

change control procedures

. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve ChaRM issues in collaboration with technical teams. Experience in providing

training and documentation

to end users and stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills

Familiarity with

ITIL processes

and best practices. Experience working in

large and complex SAP landscapes

. Exposure to process optimization or automation within change management. Prior experience in

stakeholder coordination

and user enablement.
