Job Title: SAP BODS Consultant
Location: Any UST India Location
Experience: 3-5 years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP BODS Consultant to design, develop, and support data integration solutions involving SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BODS, data migration, performance optimization, and end-to-end ETL processes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) 4.2 or above
Strong experience integrating data from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
Using tables, IDOCs, and BAPIs
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning
Experience developing batch and real-time data integration solutions
Ability to implement:
Data validation and reconciliation processes
Robust error-handling mechanisms
Proven experience in optimizing BODS jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
Experience in monitoring scheduled jobs, analyzing failures, and performing root-cause analysis
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to SAP HANA modeling or data provisioning
Experience in SAP data migration or transformation projects
Knowledge of ETL best practices and data governance
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
Experience in production support and incident management
