The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce AdministrationManage user roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.Configure custom objects, record types, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.Perform regular data imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality tasks.Maintain system stability, uptime, and overall performance.Salesforce DevelopmentBuild custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and SOQL.Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Automate processes using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex.Optimize and scale Salesforce implementation to meet evolving business needs.Stakeholder EngagementWork with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effectiveness.System EnhancementsIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.Evaluate and deploy tools from Salesforce AppExchange as needed.Keep the system aligned with the latest Salesforce releases and features.Reports & DashboardsDesign and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.Conduct data analysis to track KPIs and business metrics.Best Practices & GovernanceUphold Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and data integrity.Contribute to documentation and promote CRM process improvement initiatives.Must-Have Skills35 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.Proficiency in:Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura ComponentsSOQL, Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom ObjectsREST/SOAP API integrationExperience with:Data Loader, Workbench, or similar data management toolsReports, Dashboards, and Workflow AutomationStrong understanding of Salesforce Lightning ExperienceGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with:Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing CloudAgile methodologies and tools like JiraSalesforce AppExchange solutionsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automationQualificationsBachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldSalesforce Certifications (at least one required):Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Platform Developer IAdditional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plusSkills:Salesforce Lightning,Rest/Soap,ApexAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
