Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in managing and enhancing the Salesforce platform. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.
Configure custom objects, record types, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
Perform regular data imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality tasks.
Maintain system stability, uptime, and overall performance.
Salesforce Development
Build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and SOQL.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Automate processes using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex.
Optimize and scale Salesforce implementation to meet evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
System Enhancements
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Evaluate and deploy tools from Salesforce AppExchange as needed.
Keep the system aligned with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Reports & Dashboards
Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Conduct data analysis to track KPIs and business metrics.
Best Practices & Governance
Uphold Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and data integrity.
Contribute to documentation and promote CRM process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
35 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
Proficiency in:
Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components
SOQL, Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects
REST/SOAP API integration
Experience with:
Data Loader, Workbench, or similar data management tools
Reports, Dashboards, and Workflow Automation
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
Salesforce AppExchange solutions
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Salesforce Certifications (at least one required):
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
