We are seeking a motivated and technically capable ITSM Platform Developer with 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow and/or Zoho. The role involves development, configuration, and enhancement of ITSM applications while supporting ongoing IT operations and service improvements. The candidate is expected to independently handle assigned development tasks and collaborate closely with senior developers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and enhance ITSM solutions on ServiceNow and Zoho platforms
Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications as per requirements
Support implementation and maintenance of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and CMDB
Create and modify forms, dashboards, and reports to improve service delivery and operational visibility
Assist in integrating ITSM platforms with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design discussions, development, unit testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely fixes
Follow ITIL best practices, coding standards, and organizational security guidelines
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including operations, QA, and infrastructure teams
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field from a premium engineering college
6 months to 1.5 years of experience working on ServiceNow and/or Zoho ITSM platforms
Good understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and workflow automation
Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations
Familiarity with ITIL concepts (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business requirements
