Software Developer with min 2 years of experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Support Analyst to join our IT team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and usability.
This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement improvements.

• Proven experience in application support or a similar technical support role.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and log analysis tools.

• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide first and second-line support for enterprise applications.

• Monitor application performance and respond to s and incidents.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating when necessary.

• Collaborate with development teams to deploy updates and patches.

• Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and solutions.

• Assist with user training and onboarding for new applications.

• Participate in testing and quality assurance for application changes.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
