Role description

Role Proficiency:



Acts under very minimal guidance to develop error free code; testing and documenting applications



Outcomes:



Understand the applications features and component design and develop the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.

Code debug test and document; and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

Develop optimized code with appropriate approach and algorithms following standards and security guidelines independently

Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input

Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models

Mentor Developer I - Software Engineering to become more effective in their role

Learn technology business domain and system domain as recommended by the project/account

Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in Angular to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and maintain user interfaces with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. Knowledge of Python will be considered an added advantage for backend integration, API understanding, and handling backend-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: o Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular. o Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality features. o Work with Git for version control, branching, merging, and maintaining clean code repositories. o Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. o Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices. o Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. o Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: o Minimum 2 years of experience working with Angular (latest versions preferred). o Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. o Experience in backend handling and API integration. o Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend systems. o Knowledge of Python is an added advantage for backend-related tasks. o Proficient with Git and version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests). o Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude. o Good problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): o Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma). o Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. o Exposure to deployment processes.
