Role description

Role Proficiency:



Acts under very minimal guidance to develop error free code; testing and documenting applications



Outcomes:



Understand the applications features and component design and develop the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.

Code debug test and document; and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

Develop optimized code with appropriate approach and algorithms following standards and security guidelines independently

Mentor Developer I - Software Engineering to become more effective in their role

Learn technology business domain and system domain as recommended by the project/account

Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees

Mandatory Skills: SQL, Python, Java; Application support experience, Job Monitoring; L1/L2 support Skill to Evaluate: Application Support, sql queries, python, java,debugging; Experience: 1 to 3 Years Location:Bengaluru : Resource has to play a role of O9 support engineer Resource has to work with O9 team who will support as BAU for Sony and they have production access of the system. Resource will be assigned ticket where resource has to check for Sony biz user's query or issue and resolve it. For production fix resource may need help of O9 team. Shift may be Japan shift (6:30 am - 3:30 pm IST) or India shift (9 am - 6 pm IST) [Primary Skills]: Exposure in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Analytics Implementation / Support exposure on Supply Chain Management / Planning solutions Exposure in Graph database models, SQL queries /some coding exposure e.g., Java, C, Python, Excel Macro etc. Exposure in various type of supply chain networks model. If required discuss with user about query or issue to understand more about ticket Work with O9 platform support team if any help required to investigate in production system and also take help of O9 to release changes/fixes in production after tested successfully in Dev environment and UAT done. Shift Timings: Morning shift and General shift and sometime night shift
