: Location Bangalore/Remote This role sits in the APAC Data Engineering and Visualization team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights using Power BI in the APJ region Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to gather data requirements, analyze data sources, and design dashboards that provide valuable insights. Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Build visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboards that enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Monitor and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and data refresh efficiency. Collaborate with data governance to implement standard processes to maintain data quality and security. Maintain detailed documentation of Power BI solutions, data models, and processes for operational support and compliance. Deliver training and guidance to end-users for the effective use of Power BI reports and dashboards Keys to Success: A creative, problem-solving approach and can-do demeanor that is continuously learning will lead to the success of the individual and team. Education Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field. Experience Demonstrable experience of 2 to 3 years as a Power BI Developer/Analyst or similar role. Understanding of AWS technologies -Redshift, Athena, S3, EC2 etc. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and extraction. Knowledge of data visualization standard methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
