Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Developer
Experience Range: 3 - 4+ years
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi and Trivandrum
Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices
• Experience creating responsive email designs across platforms/devices
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:

• AMPscript
• Email Studio
• Automation Studio
• Journey Builder
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM compliance and email regulatory standards
• Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing and development teams

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with MobileConnect and Content Builder in SFMC
• Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize email campaign performance
• Background in defining application scope and preparing technical specifications
• Familiarity with testing tools for email effectiveness and compatibility

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and code interactive email experiences using HTML/CSS
• Create responsive designs compatible across platforms and devices
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution and deployment
• Define application scope with development teams and document specifications
• Analyze complex change requests and recommend enhancements
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Research and implement email best practices, acting as an SME
