Participates in and may lead project teams. Works under limited supervision. Data Engineer to understand the data, develop data pipelines and build intelligent data models to deliver insights to the business with extensive experience in SQL and business data. Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and supports Datawarehouse models in Snowflake and HANA based on extracts from various sources following functional design specifications. Reviews business requirements, helps to create functional design and develops technical design documents. Understands the functionality of business processes like sales, supply chain and finance and data that will be required to build, test and implementation. Performs advanced SQL scripting and performance tuning. Participates actively in local and global teams. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or Technology from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education, with Maths and analytical background 4-6 years of experience in data warehousing particularly on Snowflake, HANA or relevant data platform technologies Experience in Snowflake modeling, advanced SQL scripting, expert performance tuning Experience in Relational Databases and concepts Extensive working knowledge on various processes including sales, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, Master Data etc. Detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving and multi- tasking skills Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) Certification in Snowflake, HANA is a plus Working experience with Python is a plus Have a strong background and interest in technology Learn more about 3M\'s creative solutions to the world\'s problems at www.3M.com or on Twitter @3M.
