Description

Airbus is looking for a Software Engineer to join in Bangalore, India and will be responsible for implementing requirements(Features), Development and Testing of cross-functional applications, Maintain, Fix bugs, Handle run mode activities, Infrastructure setup.

Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or

relevant field with

4-6

years in IT.

Required Skills:

3+ years

of experience in

Python programming

3+ years

of hands-on experience with

AWS CDK (Python), Cloud Formation

or other IaC tools in AWS environments.

Strong knowledge of core AWS services:

IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, CloudWatch, Route53, Load Balancer, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS

Solid understanding of

Networking concepts

IAM policies

, and

Security best practices

Strong knowledge of

Python

with commonly used modules such as

boto3

Knowledge on

Groovy & Jenkins.

Good knowledge on

CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, Artifactory, Jenkins)

Strong knowledge of

Docker

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Devops Engineer).

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure using

AWS CDK with Python

.

Write modular, reusable

Python code

for infrastructure, automation scripts, tools, or microservices.

Provision and manage AWS services such as

VPC, Lambda, EC2, ECS, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager

.

Create CI/CD scripts in

groovy

and execute using

Jenkins

Integrate infrastructure into

CI/CD pipelines

, ensuring repeatable and automated deployments.

Work closely with application developers to provide infrastructure that supports backend services.

Implement best practices for cloud

security

,

cost optimization

, and

performance

.

Debug, troubleshoot, and monitor infrastructure and Python-based tooling in development and production.

Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and codebase.
