Essential Skill:

• Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience with Manhattan WMOS 2020, Man-hattan SaaS TMS, Manhattan SCI, Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning, and Blue Yonder Demand and Ful-fill technologies
• Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effec-tive and sustainable solutions.
• Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both tech-nical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-Centric Approach:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and production work culture.
• Documentation Skills:

• Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for sup-port processes and technical configurations

Desirable Skill:
