The Role Responsibilities Job Role This role requires the resource to deliver blockchain or DLT projects for the bank. The resource will be required to collaborate with business and solution architecture team and ensure that project delivery is completed as per schedule. The resource should also be hands on and should be able to manage and develop along with the team. Strategy Awareness of the business goals and strategy in terms of delivering DLT and API solutions. Business Awareness of the general industry standards and practices for DLT and API. Processes Awareness of the processes within SCB to assure successful and risk-free solution delivery. People and Talent Capability to work with team and to delegate and claim responsibilities where necessary. Clear understanding of Blockchain technology and Cloud development environments and deployment patterns. Risk Management Responsible for monitoring and assuring that design solutions or implementations are risk-free. In scenarios, where risk cannot be avoided, be responsible to identify and highlight it to the appropriate stakeholders. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association. Key Stakeholders Manage the expectation of the business stakeholders and ensure delivery as per planned schedules. Our Ideal Candidate Blockchain related and Cloud related training and licenses and certification will be of advantage. The candidate should have full understanding of APIs, microservices and spring boot applications. The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.
