Role.. Senior Developer Required Technical Skill Set.. Kronos workforce central Desired Experience Range.. 5+ Location of Requirement Pan India . Hands-on Configuration & Support experience in followingareas in Kronos Workforce Central 6.0 or above: . WorkforceScheduling, . Accruals, . Timecards, . Device Manager, . Attendance, . WIM . Able to demonstrate knowledge/examples of troubleshooting ofPay Rule, Accrual and Attendance configuration and support. . Knowledge of WDM including: Configuring device, devicegroups, communication, and troubleshooting device terminals. . Knowledge of Healthcare scheduling and pay practices . Strong communication & documentation skills . Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesisskills. A scientific/technical background combined with sound knowledge ofbusiness processes is a must. . 3-4 years of Kronos experience with experience inImplementation Projects, Upgrades, and Ongoing Support
