Zoom is looking for a Developer Advocate to engage with customers and promote products. The ideal candidate has a passion for tech, formidable technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
About the Team
The Premier Developer Support (PDS) team provides high-level support and consultation to our customers with Premier Developer Support services. The Premier Developer Support team is part of the Escalation Engineering team. The team will work with the large cross-section of PDS customers including independent software vendors, EDU, healthcare and private sector. The PDS team may also work on customer-requested app migrations since these cases will likely require involvement with our Legal Developer Operations teams.
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for

• Have programming and software development background.
• Have domain expertise in SaaS, API/SDK and ISV partnership models
• Have technical expertise and understanding of integration technologies such as REST and SOAP API operations and JSON concepts.
• Have web and database technologies, middleware and security appliances
• Have technical background and mobile application development experience in both of the platforms: Android , iOS
• Have understanding of mobile development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
