Description & Requirements
The Senior Project Manager oversees complex, multi-team initiatives and ensures timely, high-quality delivery across cross-functional stakeholders. This role drives structured execution, maintains program governance, and proactively identifies risks and dependencies. The position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with project workflows, automation, and reporting tools, including knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and ecosystem-based process automation.
The Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of ownership, enabling predictable delivery while fostering collaboration across engineering, product, design, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Drive project planning, execution tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
Establish and maintain clear timelines, milestones, and delivery checkpoints.
Ensure adherence to governance processes, quality standards, and organizational guidelines.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners as required.
Facilitate regular program cadence -- status reviews, stand-ups, readouts, and steering meetings.
Prepare concise, executive-ready updates summarizing progress, blockers, dependencies, and decisions required.
Manage expectations and improve transparency across stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Automation
Utilize Microsoft Power Automate and related platforms to streamline workflows and automate repetitive processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, approvals, and data flows through automation.
Support the creation and maintenance of reusable templates, dashboards, and documentation.
Process, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Implement standardized project management practices across teams.
Conduct retrospectives and drive action plans for improving delivery efficiency.
Establish mechanisms for risk/issue tracking, dependency mapping, and change control.
Ensure team alignment to defined processes and promote a culture of accountability.
Team Coordination & Leadership
Work with engineering, product, and operational teams to align priorities and orchestrate joint outcomes.
Support decision-making with structured analysis and scenario planning.
Mentor junior PMs or coordinators as needed and contribute to PMO frameworks.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
7-10 years of experience managing cross-functional technology or business projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar workflow automation tools.
Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and manage cross-team alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent professional certification.
Experience delivering complex multi-team programs in matrixed organizations.
Exposure to process automation, data-driven dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps, or collaboration platforms.
Ability to manage ambiguous problem spaces and drive structure in rapidly evolving environments.
Experience coordinating distributed or global teams.
