: Dev Business Analyst
Position Summary:
Infor is seeking an experienced Dev Business Analyst, This role requires a dynamic, motivated self-starter professional and can thrive in a constantly evolving environment. As a Dev Business Analyst you will be responsible for design and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for systems and process enhancements.
Essential Duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for systems and process enhancements.

• Work closely with IT, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches that advance business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering methodologies. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or related field preferred.
Having 5-6 Years of experience as Business Analyst in any ERP domain
ERP functional knowledge, learn new functional area and understand how they are linked.
Creation of education content / Refining existing learning documents for End users.
Identify areas of improvements based on defects reported, measure success for process improvements.
Continuous self-learning on Business Analyst best practices and industry standards; share knowledge with team.
Analyse new requirements, work with Development, Product management to identify and finalize requirements.
Trouble shoot and identify root cause, work with development for resolution.
Replicate the critical issue(s) reported using the information provided on the incident.
Perform necessary analysis and provide business process to assist other team members.
Creating & maintaining design documents per project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in development and maintenance of ERP Systems
Experience with ERP XA and/or IDF.
Experience with solutions design & architecture.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience and ability to work effectively in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
Ability to multi-task; Self-teacher in acquiring technical skills.
