Job Description


Job Responsibilities:- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgeted targets, ensuring revenue growth in assigned territories or segments.- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.- Conduct product trials at customer sites and convert leads into long-term business relationships.- Facilitate business conversion activities for Coated and Bonded Abrasive Products.- Organize and lead Safety Seminars to promote safe product usage and build customer trust.- Prepare and maintain a Daily Sales Report (DSR) to track sales activities and progress.- Collect client-signed Weekly Trial Reports and document market potential effectively.- Provide accurate Monthly Sales Forecasts to support strategic business planning.- Increase market share by analysing customer and competitor insights.- Understand customer business requirements and develop effective strategies to address their needs.- Resolve customer complaints promptly by identifying issues and delivering effective solutions.- Control receivables to meet overall Number of Days (NOD) targets.- Achieve a significant reduction in receivables compared to the previous year.
