Location: Sadasivpet,Sangareddy

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update Control Plans for manufacturing processes. Ensure that Control Plans are aligned with quality standards and specifications. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Control Plans through regular audits. Collaborate with process engineers to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process flows. Investigate and analyse non-conformities and product issues. Generate comprehensive CAPA reports outlining root causes and proposed corrective actions. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive measures. Utilize the 8D problem-solving methodology to address complex issues and defects. Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges. Document the entire 8D process and communicate findings to stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of vendor onboarding procedures. Conduct assessments to evaluate the capabilities and quality standards of potential vendors. Collaborate with procurement and quality teams to ensure vendor compliance with QMS requirements. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Compile and analyse audit findings, and collaborate on the implementation of corrective actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes. Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to quality management systems. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Support the development and maintenance of the document control system.
Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
